Tesla Cybertruck First Reviews

He also gets a chance to sit inside the truck. At the rear, there is enough space for three people to squeeze in. Additionally, the floor is flat, thanks to the battery underneath the floor. Also, there is that 9.4-inch touchscreen infotainment display specifically for the rear passengers.

Apart from that, the Cybertruck has a glass roof, plenty of foot space, and large legroom for the passengers. At the front, the entire control unit resides inside the ginormous 18.5-inch Infinity touchscreen display. It contains operations for drive modes, information, HVAC, seat controls and everything in between. In fact, the host even showcases how the boot opens via the touchscreen. He also shows just how far the extreme end of the windshield is from the inside. The Cybertruck has the largest wipers on any production car due to the size of the windshield.

Exterior
Interestingly, the stainless steel body of the Cybertruck is bulletproof. There are many videos floating around showcasing the door panels of the electric pickup truck not collapsing as a person shoots at them. Similarly, it has armour glass which ensures that the cabin insulation is top-notch. The bed compartment can carry 4′ x 8′ building materials which reveals just how cavernous the size of the cargo bed is. It can also charge other EVs or electronic appliances with 120V or 240V and 11.5 kW of power outlet.

Specs
The Tesla Cybertruck comes in three variants – Cyberbeast, AWD and RWD. The power figures for the first two are 845 hp and 600 hp from the triple- and dual-electric motor setups, respectively. The range figures are from 250 mi (402 km) to 440 mi (708 km). Note that the single-motor RWD trim will be available in 2025. The towing capacity of the first two variants is a decent 11,000 lbs (4,990 kg). The prices start at $99,990, $79,990 and $60,990, respectively.

Tesla took an extensive amount of time to initiate deliveries of the eagerly awaited Cybertruck. In fact, the Cybertruck was initially unveiled back in 2019.
